The city also has various manors owned by the High Lords and Citizens, the Red Tower and various underground passageways called The Waters The Nradians and then the Avon both have envoys in the Capital.

Virtus is the most important and influential city in Romanus. The road to Virtus is well paved and well patrolled. The city is the hub of trading from the mineral-rich lands to the north, the merchant kingdoms of Avon to the east.

House of Resolutia

As the residence and/or seat of the emperor, the Capital also bears the arms of the Crown, those of the ruling House of Resolutia. As such, the city is symbolized by the Scarlet and Black of the House of Resolutia and its emblem/symbol of the Eagle.
